I have been visiting this clinic for a decade (moving from former premises). Amanda is the most recent therapist I have received the hydrafacial with exilis skin tightening. I have this treatment quarterly and always look forward to it. Amanda makes it a soothing, relaxing experience with her gentle attention to detail combined with vigorous technique to ensure I fully gain the benefits of this treatment. Ms O is an extremely good surgeon but her after care team are incredibly rude and neglectful. My surgery carried out was far from cheap, I’m disappointed with how things have been even after making a complaint I have had no response.

I cannot comment on treatments as I have yet to have one. However, the nurse during the consultation was very informative and pleasant. Looking forward to having treatment done.
