We have found this site extremely useful and efficient in maintaining reviews for our practice. In the past we used paper review forms however this took a lot of manual labour uploading to our website and social media. Now Working Feedback send automatic texts/emails to patients which has captured a high number of positive reviews. The team are really helpful and we have not experienced any issues.

We are keen to receive feedback. Not only is it good for marketing but it also helps us know what our customers like and perhaps what we can change to improve our service. We had previously struggled to gain many reviews so this new system has helped us increase reviews.

Setting up working feedback was super easy with the help of Lisa. User friendly site means it's east to navigate and the option to reply to reviews is really helpful. A few additional cosmetic treatments booked in following a request for further information. I would happily recommend Working Feedback :)

Since starting the Working Feedback service, we couldn't be happier. We're a dental practice with lots of loyal patients but we didn't know how to go about asking them for their feedback.
