I found my treatment with the hygienist today very comfortable and pleasant. I am not a fan of the dentist but I feel at real ease with the hygienist.

My dentist is super cool and non judgmental. I feel I can talk freely and openly with her about what is going on in my mouth and she both listens and hears me. She’s a real gift! And the receptionist today was welcoming too!

Very nervous patient but was instantly put at ease with the calmness of the dentist. She listened to me before doing anything and talked the whole way through which calmed my nerves and made me relax.

Had an appointment to have one of the molar teeth out, now like 90% of people we really don't like going to the dentist. But I can honestly say my fantastic dentist lady was Ruth Yamoah and sorry did not get the name of her assistant who was helping her, was so kind and always reassured me everything was going well and made sure I was ok. I'd like to thank the ladies front of house reception for being so helpful. I will definitely be using Elite Dentist Studio again for everything I need. Thank you so much to all at Elite.

I attended for a hygiene and dental appointment on 13/08/24. I was on time and seen on time for the first appointment, I was also on time for the dentist, after waiting 10 minutes I had to ask, and was told they were a little late. I waited another 15 minutes which was still not ready for me. This meant I would not be seen for at least 30 minutes, this would have made me late for my optician appointment. I was not impressed by this and realised had I been 20 minutes late I would have to rebook. Not the usual standard.

The lady at reception with brown hair and glasses was a very nice happy lady. When I went in to get my tooth removed I was very anxious and worried as I genuinely hate dentists and anything of the kind they were both very welcoming, comforting and nice. Explained everything to me and even gave me a hand to hold I feel like I’ve had the best ever experience and I appreciate it definitely the best dentist around.

Turned up for a routine check up for a 09.00 appointment. Unfortunately, I missed a call from the practice changing the appointment to 11.20. As I live within walking distance and fortunately I had no plans for the day, it was not a problem.
