I’ve only had my initial interaction and digital scan but for someone who has massive anxiety about visiting the dentist, Scott took the time to find out what my fears were and tried really hard to put me at ease on the phone and in person. The receptionist team were so friendly and helpful, I couldn’t have asked for a better introduction to the practice.

I joined the surgery as a new patient having had horrible experiences as a child thus not visited a dentist for a very long time, Annan is absolutely amazing she listened to me, talk me through the options available to me and after just two visits has given me my smile back I am so, so glad I listened to my sister in laws recommendation to book in with Annah, by far the best thing I have ever done and will not be afraid to come to the dentist again

Anna was very calming, extraction took 10mins and I didn't feel a thing, that shows you sometimes paying privately is the way forward. New Road dentists, receptionist are very welcoming, friendly, most importantly professional towards you the patient. Highly recommend this practice

Check up went well, until I was told the two NHS dentists were leaving, leaving me the option of a dental plan, this was strongly advocated, although I enquired before and was told once you accept Denplan you cannot go back to being a NHS patient. I was told by the time the next check up was due in 6 months the practice was almost certainly going down the private route, and suggested I try other dentists that may take on NHS patients!...

Excellent service as usual from Kathryn. I have been seeing the hygienist for a number of years now and my gum health has definitely improved. Kathryn is always very thorough, helpful and pleasant. Highly recommended.

Very polite, informative at the start, fully explained everything she was doing and gave ongoing dental advice in a nice polite manner.

As usual I was treated very well by reception ladies, always friendly but professional. My dentist Deanay is very caring as I have difficulty getting on and off the couch and cannot be lowered too much so it is a bit difficult for him but always smiling. Very happy with treatment.

Extremely polite staff. Excellent dentist and dental nurse. The dentist was running a bit late but the receptionist kept me informed about everything and fitted me in at the earliest opportunity.

My experience at this dental practice has always been good. The dentist I see is very professional, caring and careful to always explain treatments as he goes along. I have to say the same about the hygienist I see there. The admin staff are also always friendly and courteous.

My experience on Wednesday was very satisfactory. I went with a broken tooth which was treated the same day to be reviewed in early September.
