Excellent service from Angie. She is extremely thorough in the initial assessment of the patient's dental hygiene and bacterial levels. Angie diligently cleans every tooth to a very high standard and then re-checks the cleaning process in order to ascertain that there is no remaining residual hard plaque. She genuinely cares about the patient's health and wellbeing too and always gives good advice.

I went to Synergy Dental for braces. My experience with everyone has been very pleasant. From the receptionists, my dentist Ajay, hygenist Stefan, all the assistants and especially my orthodontist Richard. I'm a very nervous patient and I've felt nothing but at ease through my treatment process. The results from my treatment is beyond what I expected and it took less time than anticipated. Richard has enabled me to feel comfortable and provide my thoughts, opinions and requests at all times. When we come for our treatment here we always feel very welcome and at ease right from entering the building with a warm welcome and always treated with respect by everyone. They always keep asking if we are okay all the way through our visit.

Hygienist Ms N Pokhrel carried out an Airflow Hygiene treatment. I felt quite comfortable throughout the procedure, she was most thorough and informed me of how improvements could be achieved. She was professional throughout, and, has a most pleasant demeanour. All good.

Staff are very friendly, considerate and helpful. Great that appointments can be made for the downstairs surgery as I would have difficulty getting up the stairs. Modern and inviting reception.

I received excellent treatment from Dr Soni. There was an issue with my crown, as it hadn’t been manufactured correctly by the lab. While Dr Soni could have fitted it regardless, he chose not to, which I greatly appreciated. His decision showed a real commitment to ensuring the job was done properly and to a high standard.

Ajay was so caring, and calmed me down, my panicking was soon relaxed. He listened to me and explained everything to me. I would have no problem recommending him as a caring dentist.
