I had my normal 6 monthly dental appointment with Tim Barker and combined this with my 3 monthly hygienist check with John on the 2nd August 2024. Having been a patient for many years, the complete experience from their excellent receptionist team, through to the dental work and hygienist is first class. I would not wish to go anywhere else and recommend to people that are looking for dental care without exception. I was given Barker Dental’s contact details by my current dentist as they thought Fastbraces would be the best option to correct the overcrowding I had in my upper and lower teeth. At my first consultation Tim was very open and honest in explaining what the treatment would involve regarding cost and time and what we could reasonably expect to achieve, which I found very reassuring. During the subsequent treatment I undertook I found Tim and all the staff at Baker Dental very professional, friendly and sympathetic. Now that my treatment has been completed the transformation has exceeded my original expectations. I would be very happy to recommend Barker Dental to anyone who asked.

What can I say! My daughter needed a filling and suffers from chronic anxiety. Tim and Nicole guided her through the treatment taking great care and consideration to ensure she was calm and was able to complete the treatment. She was so happy with them and the work done pain free ( for both my daughter and staff!) Truly amazing. It meant a lot to me with the care taken . should have 6 stars!

I've been using Tim as my dentist for many years. When I first went to Tim, I was genuinely frightened of the dentist. I can confidently say that you are in safe hands with Tim - you will feel relaxed. In fact, the whole team make you feel relaxed, an excellent and friendly reception team as well! More recently, I had a full set of top veneers carried out, and implant and other work. The whole plan was clearly set out, dates agreed and a full understanding of costs. Now, you could go to Turkey to get your teeth done, and I know several people that have, my recommendation is don't - too many risks, and you won't get that professional approach that you will from Tim. Go to somewhere like Barker Dental Care. It's more of a journey with Tim and the team at Barker Dental Care than a quick in and out and a new set of teeth. The care and attention given to me throughout the process and with his partners such as the veneer shading was second to none. Tim used to say we want to give you your smile back, which I always found a bit cheesy to be honest - however he has done just that. I've never had so many compliments about my smile! Apart from the nice comments, it's nice to be able to give a big grin now and not worry about how my teeth look. Money very well spent and a very happy, smiley customer!

A huge thank you to Dr Sharpe and Nicole for their outstanding treatment on my husband who has Parkinsons and was terrified of having an extraction. They talked him through it all and treated him with such respect and dignity. Wonderful.
