Dear J, H, C, We just wanted to 'THANK YOU' for your loving care and kindness showed towards our mum E during the 10 months she was with you. Also, for the wonderful help you have given us when visiting. All the staff have been great from you, the nurses, carers, cleaning, kitchen and laundry ream.

Thank you all very much for the wonderful care you gave to our mother Elsie Wade it was always a pleasure visiting with the lovely care we were shown. We can't single out a single person because what we saw on a daily basis was everyone giving 100% and over. Keep up the great work and thank you very much.

Thank you for all the love and care you gave D over the past 4 and a half years. We appreciate everything you have done for her, especially over the last 2 weeks in her final days.

My husband was a resident at Rodwell House for more than two years and died there this year. Throughout the whole time, he was there he was treated with kindness, love and dignity and I am very grateful that at the end of his life, he was given the opportunity to be with his family in his room when he died. I could single out two or three of the staff with whom my husband had a special affinity but the same love was spread for everyone throughout the whole of the care home. Please convey my thanks to all the staff who had dealings with my husband. Thank you.

I would like to thank the staff at Rodwell House for the kindness and care they showed my mum. She passed away last week but in the short time she was at Rodwell House we couldn’t have been happier. The staff were superb not only looking after my mum's needs but also looking after us as a family. I cannot praise them enough. Wonderful place and I wish we had found it sooner. Thank you once again to everyone at Rodwell House, you are truly wonderful caring people.

I wanted to take a few moments to thank you and all your colleagues at Rodwell House for caring for Dad so well during his stay with you. Although Dad's physical condition deteriorated while he was with you, (through no fault of yours, just his age catching up with him) he blossomed emotionally and became happier and more contented than he has been for years. Please pass on my thanks to G and the other nurses who cared for him so well and to all the carers for taking the time and effort to make him feel at home. The carers took the trouble to talk to him and get to know him and made him feel valued and respected. I mustn't forget the catering team, Dad told us that the food was excellent! I wish to express my most sincere thanks and gratitude to all the members of the nursing, care, catering, domestic and other staff at Rodwell House for the care and support given to my dearest wife during her time with you and for the patience and sympathy shown to me at my very sad loss. Her long battle with Parkinson's disease and other conditions was made so much easier by the attention and kindness she received from you which made her final years more bearable. Thank you for all this and the beautiful flowers sent to me at this very sad time.

We really appreciate the care you showed and the support given to the family during difficult times as D became more poorly. I cannot praise Rodwell House enough, I am always greeted with a smile and a courteous welcome when visiting my father in law. He is treated with care and respect and is content and happy. The staff work hard and this reflects and contributes to the happy atmosphere within the home, nothing is too much trouble, thank you all.

The care by the staff is second to none. I had seen 9 other care homes before coming to Rodwell and didn't like any of them. As soon as I walked through the door I knew this was the place for my Aunt. Everybody treats her so well; they help her with the crossword and take time out to chat to her everyday about her life and the things she did previously. My aunt thinks everybody is lovely too. She is in a safe environment and is certainly eating better than she did before she came to live at Rodwell. It's such a weight off my mind that she is treated with dignity and respect and genuinely cared for. A huge thank you to all the staff. Looking forward to when she moves into the new development as the present place is rather tired!
