I like the service when I have the carers I have listed, when I do not, I feel annoyed as they haven’t stayed for long. A lot of the girls help with my cleaning and talk to me or if no cleaning to do they stay and talk to me.

C is always smiling, patient, appearing very bubbly, chatty, interested and always seeming like she wants to help, nothing is too much for her, she’s amazing!!

I have personal care and companionship calls and look forward to seeing the different carers, gives me something to look forward to. I enjoy having the company and all the carers have different characters.
