Hygienist was very nice and kind. I am not the best with the hygienist but she was lively and also her helper. Met dentist for first time and he was very nice. Talked me through things and made me feel a little at ease again, I am not the best at the dentist.

Had two appointments with Alison and her colleague. They did an excellent and thorough job. And were very pleasant.

My appointment with the hygienist was on time & afterwards so was the appointment with Doctor Merza.

This was a visit to deal with a disappointment with the colour and shape of a front tooth bridge. The disappointment was accepted and agreed with, and all measures were taken to proceed with the necessary replacement.

A filling from one of my front teeth fell out yesterday rang the practice and got an emergency appointment 24hours later. Was informed of the cost for the repair and I could have it done right away which was great news and saved me going back to have it done, very pleased with the result.

I had a visit for a Hygienist review with a new Hygienist (Catherine). She made which for most of us is not a visit we look forward to a very easy experience, she was gentle and informative. I also had a new Dentist (Jake) who again had he been a medical doctor he would have had a good bedside manner. He was also thorough and put me totally at ease. The only thing that hurt was the price of the treatment. You also have very good receptionists who are always efficient and welcoming.

I am so happy I chose to go with Appleton dental for my braces, it’s been nothing but smooth sailing, the staff are amazing and so happy to help, Dr mans is brilliant and couldn’t recommend him enough, he puts you at ease when in the chair and is a brilliant dentist, my teeth are looking unbelievable and so happy with the results!

The dentist was very helpful and discussed all other options. Switched to composite bonding as it suited my needs better.

I have learnt so much about teeth and gums. They give you as much time as needed, never rushed, so I am realist now about appointment waits (on occasions it's been been my extra unexpected treatment that has held up other people). Good service.

Unfortunately I found myself having to have a tooth removed. This was following previous root canal work on the tooth. I was unbelievably nervous but was reassured and guided through the whole process by Mansour and his dental assistant. The procedure was fully explained (maybe a little too much for me but he realised and adjusted his style to suit). I actually left the surgery feeling that I had had the best experience possible in the circumstance, and at no time did I feel rushed.

I can almost say I enjoyed my hygienist experience. Catherine was very courteous and caring. She clearly explained all that was happening and what care was required by me.

As I’ve come to expect, the reception staff were very welcoming and helpful. The hygienist was very courteous, helpful & professional. I was disappointed to find the dentist was delayed by a travel problem, which sounded as though it could have been foreseen & worked around.

The first appointment for treatment was not successful & I had to wait for another one which they quickly fitted in as I was going on holiday.
