Fantastic care from start to finish for my daughter. She had her brace removed yesterday after 23 months. Her journey started with a relaxed consultation to decide what treatment option would suit her. She had to have 2 teeth removed to start with, if anyone is worried about this part she took it all in her stride and was absolutely fine, it's really nothing to worry about. She had to do weekly scans of her brace at home so the team could keep track of her and consultations face to face at regular intervals for alterations. If there was ever an issue (which was very rare) we would be seen as an extra appointment. The team are all very friendly and welcoming and you can see they all have a fantastic work environment. All in all if you are thinking about starting your orthodontic journey I'd choose Dr Claire and his team! 😁🤍🦷

I know some people have apprehensions about “going to the dentist,” but I’ve always had positive experiences—and Lincoln Orthodontics has probably been the best yet. All the staff are warm, welcoming, and genuinely friendly. I enquired about teeth-straightening, and they took care of everything from there. This review focuses on the initial consultation, which lasts about 90 minutes—but don't worry, most of it is spent in a relaxed office, not in the dentist’s chair. Michaela greeted me with a friendly smile and expertly walked me through all the treatment options. She's incredibly easy to talk to, and the conversation was open, honest, and focused entirely on my goals. Next, they take detailed pictures of your teeth and create a 3D image. Kacie gave calm, clear instructions and explained everything as she went along, making the process very comfortable. Then Dr Marta breezed in with a great mix of professionalism and warmth—and goodness me, she really knows her stuff! She assesses your teeth, ensures you're suitable for treatment, and then tailors a plan just for you. She also shows you a simulation of your potential results, which really helps you visualise the outcome. Finally, Michaela goes over everything with you again. By this point, you’ll probably already have a preferred treatment option in mind. She’s open and transparent about costs and walks you through the available finance plans. I had my initial consultation yesterday to enquire about getting some invisaligners. From the minute I walked into the building all staff were warm and friendly. I had previously started the process of getting invisaligners through a different company, only to be let down on numerous occasions. Dr Clare instantly put me at ease with his indepth explanation of the treatment plan and how I would be supported through the process. Eleanor my treatment coordinator was delightful. She started the morning off by detailing the timeline of the consultant and once I'd seen Dr Clare, explained all of the various payments options Lincoln Orthodontics had to offer.

I came over to the UK from the beautiful land of Trinidad and Tobago 🇹🇹, I was in need of someone to take over my case as I already started my journey to a better smile. If Carlsberg did teeth, then Lincoln Orthodontics would be the place of choice! The practice was recommended to me by my own dentist who takes her son there for treatment, and I can understand why. Welcoming, approachable and professional team of people, who clearly take great pride in the service they provide. Treatment co-ordinator Michaela guided me through the options available to me based on my reasons for seeking treatment initially, before passing me onto the nursing team who took photos, scans and x-rays. The results of those were then reviewed by Orthodontist, Dr Mathew Clare who then discussed the findings and options for treatment aiming for the very best outcome. I start my treatment in approximately 4 weeks, once my plates have been manufactured, it is estimated that the treatment will take between 12 and 18 months. Based on my initial assessment, I would not hesitate to recommend Lincoln Orthodontics.

I’ve just completed my treatment with metal braces at Lincoln Orthodontics, and I’m absolutely thrilled with the results! After considering orthodontics for my 13 year old daughter it was difficult to know where to begin- we received a recommendation from a friend for Lincoln Orthodontics and what a brilliant place to start. From the moment we enquired we received immediate communication- incredibly professional and what a team!! We were greeted beautifully by Julie on the desk with smiles & then without hardly a wait we met Michaela who seamlessly made us feel like we were old friends. Very friendly very bubbly & every inch was spoken openly, honestly and in terms we could understand. We were then taken for Phoebe to have a full mouth assessment where brilliant Helen was kind, considerate & very gentle with a very nervous teen- putting her at ease straight away. Helen was very thorough and Katie who was learning from Helen was kind and open like old friends-whilst Phoebe was taken to have some X-rays. I've yet to begin treatment, but had my consultation at Lincoln Orthodontics and was made to feel comfortable, informed and relaxed at every aspect of the appointment. Everybody was caring and attentive, something I was worried about with accessing orthodontic treatment in my thirties! Everything was clearly explained and talked through, from the scans to the possible options for straightening my teeth. I would recommend Lincoln Orthodontics to anyone seeking advice and treatment for their teeth! Fantastic people and a fantastic service.

Great experience. I have recently been through the NHS with one child and the wait time was too long for my second child so we decided to go privately. We've just had the initial appointment to talk about options. The difference between how things are handled with Lincoln Orthodontics and the NHS, from wait times, efficiency, politeness and how well things are explained are worlds apart! If you can afford to do this I would. There is nothing to be scared of, they are very good at explaining the whole process and were very knowledgeable and answered all questions. Would definitely recommend the whole team and in particular, Michaela was very helpful (& cheerful!) throughout our appointment.

I completed my Invisalign treatment a year ago and Dr. Clare did a fantastic job. He made sure I was completely satisfied with the results, and I couldn’t recommend this practice more highly.

I was referred to Lincoln orthodontics by my dentist, needing specialist treatment. I was given a comprehensive assessment & meeting with all options. All staff I met were extremely professional & kind. Staff are easy to get hold of for queries e.g. when my alignes were hurting from a wisdom tooth erupting Dr Clare responded to me directly with a solution. Could not recommend Lincoln orthodontics or angel aligners more, the service & product make it so easy and convenient with incredible results.

Upon arrival the receptionist where very polite and made us feel comfortable and welcome. Everyone here was very nice and welcoming. We where not kept waiting and where seen very efficiently. I would 100% recommend lincoln orthodontist.
