At the time that the live-in care began my family was in crisis : - my wife had sadly passed away and the daughter who lived with me was experiencing a bi-polar episode. I myself required particular complex specialist care. Both Michaela and Richard who came to work in my home have provided exemplary service. They have both been highly professional and very sensitive to the needs of myself and my family. They have improved my outlook and quality of life by instituting an OT assessment which has led to new equipment and starting a daily exercise routine. I have felt confident and relaxed in their company. I would highly recommend both of them to future clients. Please pass on my heartfelt gratitude to them both.

J is very responsive to my needs on a daily basis and very supportive. You can trust her to do what is required in an efficient and caring way. L responds to needs with a caring and supportive attitude. I wish I could have nominated J and L in all other categories as they display everything you expect and need for a carer.

The care and effort T has shown always to find an activity which will interest C, her client. T can be trusted anywhere and in every sense, always to look after her patient and put their interest first. T is a deeply caring person who would go to any lengths to help or comfort a patient even when it is beyond the call of duty.

E has been great on days when I don't feel well and need extra help. M is always honest and works hard. L is always concerned with how I know what's been going on. All carers should get an award. I found it difficult to choose 3.

R has definitely responded well to my needs which have changed a lot since she started in Jan 2020. She has always been thoughtful, proactive and forward-thinking, always considering my changing requirements. It has involved suggestions as to equipment needed to help me. She has consulted with healthcare professionals, family members and other care workers who are involved with my care establishing routines which meet my needs. R has been my live-in carer since Jan 2020. Her committed approach has been admirable and my family and I completely trust her to carry out her job competently. She effectively organises all my care including diligently administering my medication. I trust her completely, she thinks ahead to ensure prescriptions are ready and collected on time. She has taken me to hospital appointments, the doctor's surgery and opticians. She is trusted to look after me safely with all the appropriate care required - including caring for my eyecare following 2 eye operations.

K is kind, helpful, attentive and efficient, always aware of my needs. I look forward to her visits. She is totally reliable and helpful. I know she will always do her best to help me. As well as dealing with my physical needs efficiently, she always finds time to chat and cheer me up, leaving me with a smile on my face.

L has definitely helped me very, very much all the time she has been visiting and caring for me. I look forward to her coming, she is a great help and I completely put my trust in her at all times. L helps me prepare snacks and meals and helps me with other housework jobs where my balance can be tricky. I trust L one hundred per cent. She regularly shops for me and I give her cash and card as necessary. She very kindly puts shopping away and posts any letters I may have. She kindly checks I've taken my medication each day and that I have plenty of juice and water to drink. I feel that I can turn to L for help and advice and when worry creeps into my mind she reassures me and cheers me up. I think of L as family as well as carer. She is very keen on her job and is a dedicated and kind carer. Thank you very much indeed L.

D and I believe that virtually all the carers that visit D are outstanding, most look upon her as a human being, not a factory product, to be attended to at specific times morning and evening, to be duly processed as per instructions. The loving care, talking to D, giving her the opportunity to ask, reply and to participate in conversation about all sorts of subjects without demeaning or talking down to her, is wonderfully therapeutic for her well-being. We thus thank you for all your kindness and dutiful attention, nobody is above the other in our eyes, our hearts and gratitude reach you all.

I couldn’t be without Mandy, her accent is so familiar to me because I have just moved from Hull. She’s like a family member already and she doesn’t realise how much she makes me happy, I really needed the companionship.

Her attention to our needs is much appreciated, nothing is too much trouble. We trust her, she always goes out of her way to make sure we have everything we need. She always goes above and beyond to care for us both.

M always tries to understand Dad's needs and respond accordingly. She makes very special efforts with his food to give him a varied and tasty diet that suits his mood and his appetite. With her there, I know I can relax a bit, in the knowledge that he is in safe and competent hands. And that she will take great care of him, however difficult or erratic his behaviour may be. She is so gentle and patient with my father, always putting his interests front and centre. Her soothing and caring manner is exactly what he needs.

The carer recognised very quickly that my mother will always refuse personal care. She has worked hard to coax Mum into accepting a shower/bath by being firm but offering a personal approach. She goes above and beyond by taking my mother by car to the GP on regular visits. She is very aware of my mother's skin condition and we can trust her to monitor it and raise alerts when necessary. She is always happy and cheerful around Mum, and engages with her on everyday chit chat. She encourages Mum to eat and raises alerts with the office should there be any problems.

The Ewell Epsom Team have been providing care for my elderly father 86 years old for several years. They match your loved ones with a great carer and keep to their commitments. Lead carer Sally from Ewell is a brilliant leader ensuring the team follow up on details that others would not spot! Brilliant care team highly recommended.

Although a short lived stay at trinity- if I was not moving country I would of been so thrilled to stay. One of the most supportive and compassionate teams not only at the beginning but throughout my time working with Trinity. The support given by all the management team was no comparison to any other company I had worked for before. I can honestly say I have never had a more supportive manager. Trinity is wonderful to work with and I say with and not for as you really are a team. Everyone is looked after and the communication between everyone in the team is great and the tools provided to help us achieve the best in our role as a home care assistant are more than helpful. I have found that working at Trinity Homecare is a great experience. The support all staff get is some of the best I have had from an employer. Care Staff have specialist training for their roles, and working in marketing I am being encouraged to better myself and go on courses. The staff environment is always friendly and I enjoy going into the office with everyone. The care staff always seem to be happy and the service currently has an Outstanding CQC rating, so the service Trinity Homecare provides is second to none. I was very impressed with the level of care provided, both by the individual carers and also the management team. I always had a profile of carers before they were placed, which was useful. Overall an extremely good level of service. I would definitely recommend Trinity.

My aunt lived on her own but was still active going into the town center every day to do her shopping. She was fiercely independent but was gradually going blind with early stages of dementia. She first used Trinity Homecare in April 2019 for two or three visits a week eventually increasing to 3 times a day after a couple of short stays in hospital. Although I visited as often as I could it was a great relief for me to have Trinity Homecare's regular visits. I met several of the staff on my visits and they showed my aunt the greatest attention. She always said they were very kind and supportive. The online reporting was fantastic as I was able to read the reports every day and I was able to leave messages if I had something to tell them. I cannot praise all the staff enough particularly during her latter months throughout the Covid lock-down. A great big thank you to you all.

His carer, Pat struck an instant rapport with him and their personalities matched perfectly. She tended to his needs efficiently and confidently and my Father in Law felt comfortable and respected. Pat was an absolute pleasure and we all looked forward to her visits. On the odd occasion, we were allocated a different carer and each one was very professional and capable. We feel very lucky to have found Trinity Homecare and only sorry that, because my Father in Law has now moved into a Care Home out of the area, we won’t be seeing a smiling face in a green tunic every morning

New to Trinity and sending a huge thank you to all the girls who have come in every morning to give my daughter breakfast and set her up for the day. It has made a huge difference to her wellbeing by ensuring she has some fuel to get her through the day and some company on the days when she doesn't see anyone. You all do a tremendous job, full of admiration, thank you. Best wishes for a very happy Christmas to you all.

The whole journey so far with Trinity has been first class, from the initial contact over the phone to the care itself. I had been let down by other carers but Trinity could not do enough to make sure I had the care I needed. Everyone you speak to loves working for the organisation which says a lot.

You wouldn’t believe how much progress my mum has made due to the excellent care she is receiving. You literally wouldn’t recognise her. We have gone from a woman who is desperate to die and talking about it endlessly, to a woman who enjoys the company of her carers, family and friends, who is eating well and drinking and connecting with the world. She is obviously bed bound and very confused but she has lucid times and is enjoying some aspects of her life. My mum has become very fond of and trusting of Vanessa and Gina, who are both great with her. I remain so thankful to you for everything you have done and are doing and for your lovely carers who have transformed all our lives, especially my mum’s.

From the moment Rachel answered the phone, I was inspired with confidence. I felt better straight away. She listened and I knew she was going to help me. The Care Manager Barbara, was the next to get involved. While being kind and caring, she was also professional, well-organised and knowledgeable. She assessed my mum and managed the professionals around her. This was a great help. Then 2 live in carers were put in place. They are lovely. They are like chalk and cheese but work well as a team. They are competent and knowledgeable. They are good listeners. I feel that they look after us as well as looking after my mum. We thought mum was dying imminently. On return from hospital she wasn't eating or drinking much and had withdrawn. They took the time to get to know her and she began to connect with the world again. They cook tasty food and have got her taste buds tingling again. They take an interest in who she is and what she wants. They advocate for her and stand up to visiting professionals who may be a bit pushy for her. They welcome her friends and family. The care is designed around her and what she wants. They have given her back some respect and dignity. I know my mum probably hasn't got much time left but I also know that she will have some quality of life at the end, which is all I want for her. Peace, dignity, respect, compassion and excellent care. Thank you all so much.

Janet always arrives on time with a cheerful smile and greeting. She enjoys the banter with me but never oversteps the mark. I believe her to be totally trustworthy and have no qualms in voicing any problems regarding my care or health. She is an excellent carer, shows compassion, treats me with respect which means I retain my dignity which is important to me. She performs my personal care to a very high standard. I always enjoy her visits.

Trinity helped us through a fast-changing, challenging, and unpredictable medical situation with an elderly family member – and the service was excellent. Management was friendly, reactive, and flexible, advocating for us to obtain other NHS services and referrals. From friendly, respectful care visits, to excellent live-in care, our relative's life (and home) became calm and ordered; their health improved, and the carers' observations were invaluable. Over a number of weeks, live-in carer Claudina (upbeat, tireless, friendly, sensitive, and an amazing cook!) transformed our relative's life and gave our family time and space to plan our next steps. Big thanks to you all.

Janet is everything you could possibly want as a carer. Her personality and caring nature is perfectly fitting. I trust Janet 100%, her whole approach to life makes her 100% trustworthy. What more can I say other than I am so lucky to have Janet.

Following the very sad passing of our mother we wanted to express out gratitude for the care administered to her since we were recommended to yourselves during October last year. Mum was supported by a number of carers leading up to the more permanent live in care arrangement that commenced in Februrary this year. She was always impressed with those who looked after her and who took time to strike up relationships to make her living experience at home more comfortable. As her children we were always determined not to see our mum transfer to a care home if possible, so Trinity provided peace of mind for us allowing home residence to continue. We would like to thank Claudia in particular, for her help and support caring for Mum under the live in arrangement. She quickly demonstrated her organisational qualities, cleared the kitchen cupboards and cooked very well too. She very ably dealt with Mums wardrobe, undertaking clothes washing, drying and ironing with near military precision. We remarked to each other from time to time that we had not seen our Mums looking so clean and tidy in years. We appreciate that our Mum would have preferred to remain completely independent whilst living at home, but she came to rely on Claudia and remarked that she was missed when taking a weeks annual leave.

A huge thank you for all your kind support and caring ways looking after mum over the past year. It was such a comfort and great help from all of you which has been so apprecaited by myself and the rest of the family. We certainly would not hesitate to recommend your company as being just the best in so many kind and caring ways, especially keeping us up to date with many issues that were soon resolved with mum. Please take care of yourselves, stay safe and love to you all.

I thought it was time to thank you and all our carers for the care that we receive daily, we could not receive any better care. On behalf of my husband and myself we do appreciate all they do for us.

This is just a thank you to you in the office and all the carers that look after our Mum. Its been a very strange world we are living in at the moment and is so hard not being able to see our Mum but its such a relief to know she is being very well looked after by all the carers who she appreciates and looks forward to seeing every day. You all do such a great job.

I wanted to relay my thanks to the care team for looking after my mother so well, and in particularly over the last two weeks since the lock down when there have been a few challenges over and above the normal. When its not easy to fix things you can bet thats when they go wrong. Quick escalation by the carer enabled me to organise emergency dental treatment for mum before the lockdown on Friday March 20th, that resulted in a tooth being removed that afternoon, getting this sorted swiftly prevented mum from having a very painful weekend.. Last week the carer tried to help me resolve issues with mums washing machine. I did end up calling in the repair man to fix it, but without her help I wouldn't have had a chance of getting it sorted.. On Thursday last week a carer raised escalation that Mums toe was giving her pain and looked infected, your team contacted the doctor and arranged for antibiotics to be left at the chemist for collection, unfortunately when the Home instead carer went to collect the prescription it was not there. Mum was in a lot of pain today (Sunday) so excellent work and thank you to team who arranged for medicines to be collected from from Boots Chemist and dropped into mums. . Through all of this you have remained in close contact with me. These incidents might appear small on their own, but when I am at best 180 miles away, and at worst 7000 miles away at my home in Malaysia small issues can easily and quickly become major. So please can you pass on a very big thank you from me to the team, not only for the support over the last couple of weeks but for the wonderful care and support from all of your carers. They are very much appreciated. Mum is clearly in safe hands.

We have been extremely happy with the care & support our mum has received from Trinity Homecare. From the first phone call when I asked questions about the organisation's principles and professional approaches to people with specific needs, to the initial meeting and assessment at mum's home when care delivery was individually designed, to the daily delivery of respectful, professional and cheerful care - we remain very happy.

I would like to thank everyone at Trinity for the care you provide to my lovely mum. Because I do live near by everything fell on my sister. Thanks to all your wonderful carers who came to support and help my sister with our mums care. Clare remembers anything we talk about. Asks for a follow up. She treats D with respect (D has Dementia). If anything is not quite right, she will mention it, she always checks I'm wearing my falling alarm, she likes to know ho we are feeling health wise. On the whole, good. Carers are polite and friendly.

Outstanding carer. Spots everything that needs attention or treatment with S, ensuring she gets medical treatment or re-stocking of special needs. You can always trust her to do anything that needs doing without having to ask. Loves her job and it shows.

Katie is always kind and considerate, she takes care of my needs, always listens to my problems and I trust her without any questions. Katie is caring in every way, always arrives on time, checks to see all my needs are met, Katie is my little ray of sunshine.

We like many others were carers looking after an elderly relative who lived with us at home . Due to her inability and changing mobility issues she became more dependant on our meagre resources , which led to hospital admission . On discharge we were advised to obtain frequent careers visits to meet her needs , and our local authority contacted you to meet those needs . We were fortunate enough to have one of your staff tend to our mother who being an ex District Nurse was not the easiest of patients to manage , however " Daniel " was allotted to meet those needs and we are so impressed with both his attention to detail and his treatment of her surpassed our expected level of competence , kindness , compassion and warmth...... dispensed in a totally professional manner . We feel that his attitude and understanding to elderly strong minded ladies is testament to your companies professional approach and is to be applauded .

Pat is always on time and she is very kind to me. Lesa is very helpful.

All four carers are equally caring and I consider it to be difficult to separate one from another.
