Emily has been amazing throughout the process. As a first time buyer I had very little knowledge of the products available and the mortgage application process. Emily explained everything in detail making sure I fully understood all aspects. I was on a tight deadline with my sellers wanting to complete in a short time frame. Emily was able to secure a mortgage on my behalf very quickly and even managed to flip me to a cheaper rate on two occasions prior to exchange of contracts. Being first time buyers we had a lot of questions about the whole process of getting a mortgage. Rob talked us through the process in depth and took the time to answer our questions in detail, so we were able to learn a lot. When it came to getting a mortgage offer Rob and his team took care of this, presented us with our options and gave advice for each allowing us to make an informed decision that was right for us. Joseph was very helpful and kept us in the loop throughout the process with any updates and if any additional info was required. During the process a better product was available, Joseph informed us about this and after agreeing, Joseph swiftly swapped us onto the better product - we didn't even have to think about it, it was all taken care if which took away any stress. Joseph's informative and timely responses, enthusiastic and friendly approach made this process enjoyable, stress free and taught us a lot. We would definitely recommend Domus Finance.

We were badly let down by our previous mortgage advisor, and as first time buyers, we were so disappointed, having found the house we wanted. We were recommended Domus who said they might be able to help, and Sam got in touch. He understood the issues we had encountered, and said he would do his best to find a bank that would offer us a mortgage. Having been told previously that it was unlikely that we would get one - it was to do with the location of the house - I wasn't particularly confident. Sam was very honest with us, and never promised he'd resolve our issue, but said he would exhaust every avenue so at least we had a definitive answer. Well that answer was 'I've found a bank that is happy to offer you a mortgage'. This came with the added bonus of it being at a lower rate than we were given beforehand. Today Sam called to say that the mortgage had now been offered. It took him a week - I know that's not typical, and we were further down the line than others, but it was still an excellent experience from start to finish. And in all honesty, even if we hadn't been offered a mortgage, I'd still recommend Sam as i know he did everything he possibly could, and I have no issues with people being honest and doing their best for you. Amazing.
