Always experienced excellent care especially during my procedure for an implant for a front tooth. As an extremely nervous patient, I was always dealt with in a kind and professional way. Couldn't recommend this highly enough.

As a very phobic patient, who literally want to vomit as soon as I approach the building, the staff have been incredibly supportive and understanding of my fears. They have always realised that i am not listening and am unable to process information in my blind panic so have spoken to my husband without patronising me. This is difficult skill to achieve and they have done so with courtesy and professionalism. I would highly recommend.

I have had a total of 5 implants. I would thoroughly recommend this option if necessary. No problems with any and I have had them for many years. All my experiences have been positive and would highly recommend this practice, which I have previously done.

I received the best treatment possible. I cannot stress enough the joy of being able to smile, and eat, again. I'm only sorry that, having moved to wells, I cannot continue travelling for appointment to the clinic.

Welcomed by a lovely reception and treated to a fancy coffee. A treatment coordinator then came to see me before my appointment and began to explain what to expect in my appointment, easing my anxiety and went through some forms that I was unable to complete at home. I saw a kind & funny dentist who managed to give me a painless filling! I look forward to seeing the team in 6 months for my review. Thank you!!
