Alex and Maria are fantastic, very professional along with a personal and friendly service. I have had 4 dental implants done by Alex, every part was professional, explaining all the details at each stage. The dentist I use for my annual treatments make positive compliments about the implants every time I see them saying how good they are compared to all the others they see.

Excellent dentist for all the family. We moved near Chester years ago but would drive to manchester to see Alex... that says it all. Now he's Chester based! I've rec'd him to friends who are scared of dental work and also those sceptical of some int he profession too. Alex has always exceeded expectations and won them over to be his patients.

A trip to the dentist can be fraught with terror and trepidation resulting in a slack jaw and a flat wallet, but Dr Alex is at the other end of the scale being gentle and compassionate and a credit to dentistry.

This last appointment completed my upper dental implant journey. It's been an entertaining, painless journey thanks to the best dentist, and dental assistant, I have ever had in my 73 years. I am on blood thinners which hasn't helped but my journey from having 9 extractions, 2 doses of bone grafting, 5 implants holding 12 new teeth on my upper jaw have resulted in a very satisfactory result. I didn't want removable dentures and the implant route has been the best route for me. Not a cheap option but thanks very much Alex and Maria for my new gnashers!

Thorough and professional check up. Alex carried out implants, white fillings, crowns and composite bonding for me. Regular six months checks up and checks in with Alex are invaluable. Highly recommend Alex he’s so skilled, friendly and professional.

I have seen Dr Nikolaou several times as part of my continuing treatment course. He is so thorough and informative always with a great smile which makes him so approachable. He is a fantastic clinician and instils such confidence. He is superb at his job and I have no doubt he will give me a wonderful new smile.
