Annual review but had toothache. Dentist identified problem & made referral. Only thing was I was taken in 15 mins after my appointment time.

Sally and her nurse are lovely.
They are friendly, kind and very concerned about dental health. Sally explains the treatment, she is so professional and knowledgeable and a wonderful hygienist

Professional, expert and courteous service is provided by all the staff, whether involved in treatment or administration. The dentist, hygienist and assistants explain what they are doing and why clearly and without condescension.

Improvements required to give top class service although the dentist and assistant were 1st class.
I don't see why forward payments are required for services not yet carried out

It is completely refundable and taken off the cost of your next appointment. Unfortunately many people do not attend dental appointments, taking a deposits ensure that no clinical time is wasted and people attend their appointments, without this system we would have many clinical hours wasted with no shows.

With regards to reception staff we note on the day of your appointment we had a new member of staff working on reception, as you can imagine its a difficult job to learn, so please bear with us while the new team member finishes her training. We always have another fully trained excellent staff member there to help should you need.

As a nervous, scared patient, the staff and hygienist Sally the dentist Jenny are impeccably understanding they make me feel at ease and are considerate, my experience today was very good
